Since the entries below 60 points are not specified, it is possible that normal multimeter TRMS multimeters and other measures show different from zero when the leads are disconnected from a circuit or are shorted circuit.
2 crest factor ≤ 3 at 4000 points, decreasing linearly to 1.5 at full scale.
3 After all voltage measurement, it is necessary to wait 1 minute to maintain the accuracy of ohms, capacitance, diode test and continuity.
